If you'd like our assistance or advice on just a few elements of your wedding, we're available at an hourly rate. We'll help you research options, solve specific problems, or coordinate showers and rehearsals. A little professional advice can go a long way.

Our first consultation is always free. Talk to us about your vision, your budget, and your timeline and we'll help you determine whether you an hourly basis or a customized package will suit your desires best.

The Big Slice

You've made the decisions, let us execute them beautifully

For the bride and groom who have their vendors lined up and their decor picked out; we'll help finalize the details, analyze the checklists, and authorize the contracts. With the "Big Slice" Package, we'll provide all of the services in our "One Bite" Package. Additionally, we'll walk through what you've planned so far and help determine what still needs your attention.

We'll work ahead of time with your ceremony and reception site managers, your florist, your caterer to ensure the big picture will come together just as you see it when you close your eyes. We'll review your vendor contracts to make certain everything you want is in writing and clear to all involved. If you have do-it-yourself projects, like centerpieces or placecards, we'll help you find and purchase, transport, and assemble the pieces.

To accomplish all of this, we'll meet with you 3-5 months before your wedding to begin planning.

One Bite Of The Apple

Let us stay behind the scenes so you can take the spotlight

We'll be on site the day of your wedding to direct the caterers, the musicians, the bridal party, everyone and everything who need to be where you want them, when you want them.

We'll direct the setup and take down to be sure of all the little things: Pens on the guestbook table, rings on the ringbearer's pillow, and making sure the flower girl's petals don't get permanently pressed into the church carpet. We'll keep your files on hand and the information flowing, and handle the last minute emergencies that inevitably pop up.

To ensure all this is accomplished just the way you want it, we'll meet with you a month before your big day to discuss every detail. We'll make your final confirmations with vendors, collect all the important information, and establish a timeline for that hectic, yet amazing day you've been planning all year.
